Samply will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 24 hours of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.

- Refund will also be given under circumstances where there is a delay in delivery of the product. In case the product is not received, you are eligible to cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to you within 5- 7 working days. (Samply will not be responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays).
- If a wrong product is received by the customer, a Replacement/Refund will be processed after customer consent and this needs to notified within 24 hours of time.
- Damaged product received. Any physical damage must be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The refunds will be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse and after a thorough quality check, the refund will be initiated.
- Product must be in original packing.
Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided under the below circumstances:
• The customer is not happy with the looks/sound of a defect-free product.
• Any electrical surge that caused damage by the customer
• Any physical damage that is not notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to help our customers as much as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:
• Cancellations requests will not be entertained if the customer contacts us after the dispatch of product from the warehouse
• Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.
• Though Samply ensures availability of the products shown to the customers while placing the order, however, under unforeseen circumstances the company reserves the right to cancel an order basis stock availability due to product damage, defect or other reasons.
